Planning your child's milestone should be as joyful as the celebration itself. We proudly serve families locally in the Twin Cities and across the country through our remote planning services. Our pricing is straightforward and tied to our four tiers: Sprinkle ($249), Sparkle ($699), Celebrate ($1,499), and Signature ($2,999). For celebrations outside the Twin Cities, we're happy to travel for an additional fee to cover our team's travel costs.

What are your party planning prices?

How much is the deposit and when is it due?

Our pricing is transparent and tied to our packages: Sprinkle ($249), Sparkle ($699), Celebrate ($1,499), and our premium Signature experience ($2,999). This allows you to pick the exact level of support your family needs.

To lock in your date on our calendar, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the party date.

How far in advance should I book?

Do you travel to my location?

We suggest booking 2-3 months out, but for Full Service Signature parties, 4-6 months ensures we can secure your dream venue and specific vendors.

Yes! We serve families locally in the Twin Cities and nationally via remote planning. For onsite celebrations more than 30 miles from our studio, a travel fee applies to cover transportation and logistics.

Life with kids is unpredictable! While deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your party date once within 6 months if our calendar is open.

It is professional party design delivered to your door! You get the custom theme, premium tableware, decor essentials, and a setup blueprint.

What information do you need from me to start?
Can I handle some details myself?

You're the boss! We can take over every single detail or just focus on the 'Rescue' aspects where you need an extra set of hands and eyes.

Simply share your vision, guest count, and your child's favorite things. We handle the heavy lifting while you focus on the guest list and having fun.

Important: Decor, rentals, balloons, cakes, venues, entertainment, and vendor costs are not included unless you choose to have Didi & Buchi purchase them (see your customized proposal for details).

Vendor Contracting & Payments (Important)

To keep pricing transparent and bookings secure, vendor contracts and payments remain directly between the client and each vendor (venue, catering, rentals, entertainment, photographer, etc.). What we do: we source, coordinate, schedule, confirm, and manage the details so everything is organized and stress-free—while vendors are booked under your name and paid directly by you according to their invoices and policies.
